Born in Beirut in 1981, Ramzi completed his Civil Engineering Degree in the American University of Beirut in 2004. Ramzi moved to Qatar where he worked with an international construction company on various large projects up until 2008. In a step closer to realizing his dream of starting his own company, he then moved back to Beirut in 2008, where he
started work on Stonemason with his partners.

Karim Dalloul
Managing Partner

Born in Beirut in 1981, Karim enrolled in Glion School of Higher Education in Switzerland where he attained his degree in Business Administration. In 2003, he joined the Ampere Hotel in Paris as Assistant General Manager and later, in 2005, the HSBC headquarters in Beirut. In 2006, Karim successfully opened, owned and operated the Serenada Hotel in Hamra, Beirut which was later bought out by a major International Hotel Group in 2008.

Ali Mattar
Managing Partner

Born in London in 1980, Ali completed his Bachelor of Science in Geology and Petroleum Studies at the American University of Beirut. He then moved to Lagos, Nigeria to head Baron Limited, his family business, in 2004. In 2007, Ali pursued various Real Estate opportunities in Dubai, UAE where he headed Clarity Real Estate, an agency that operated in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. In 2009 he moved back to Lebanon where he, Ramzi, and Karim established Stonemason Contracting & Development Company.
